Director – Industrial & Logistics Agency (Manchester)

About the role

We are seeking a senior professional to lead the creation of an Industrial & Logistics Agency service line in Manchester. You will have full autonomy to build the business from the ground up, leveraging an established property consultancy’s network while shaping market presence and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow the Industrial & Logistics Agency offering across the North West.
• Generate new business and win agency instructions from landlords, investors, developers and occupiers.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships across the industrial and logistics market.
• Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals and lettings of industrial and logistics assets.
• Identify opportunities through existing client relationships and wider market activity.
• Collaborate across investment, development, professional services and wider agency teams to maximise cross‑selling.
• Drive revenue growth and establish a strong market profile within the sector.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and future direction of the business.

Required profile

• Significant experience in Industrial & Logistics Agency at Associate Director, Director or Senior Director level.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and generating fees.
• Strong business development skills with a proactive client‑engagement approach.
• Established network across the North West property market.
• Commercially minded, entrepreneurial outlook and self‑motivated.
• Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
• MRICS qualification preferred but not essential.
