Asbestos Surveyor – Day Rate – Midlands

About the role

Join a well‑established environmental services business to carry out asbestos surveys of domestic properties across the Midlands. This contractor role offers a competitive day rate and ongoing work for qualified professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys in line with HSG 264.
• Collect samples and identify asbestos‑containing materials on site.
• Produce accurate survey reports for a range of clients.
• Perform re‑inspection audits of existing asbestos surveys.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant asbestos regulations and guidance.

Required profile

• Minimum BOHS P402 certification (or equivalent) or BOHS P403 and P404.
• Proven experience in asbestos surveying and sample collection.
• Own a reliable vehicle for travelling between sites.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high safety standards.
