Assistant Business Manager – Retail Beauty

About the role

The Assistant Business Manager will act as a brand ambassador for Charlotte Tilbury, supporting the Business Manager in delivering outstanding sales performance and customer experience within the Selfridges Birmingham store.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store financial results and consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Support the Business Manager in setting individual and team sales objectives and communicating them to Retail Artists.
• Lead by example to ensure exceptional customer service and high‑standard artistry.
• Coach, mentor and provide feedback to the team to maintain Charlotte Tilbury service and artistry standards.
• Develop and maintain the customer database for direct‑marketing initiatives.
• Implement individual and team development plans, conducting regular performance reviews.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture through regular meetings and recognition of achievements.
