Assistant Site Manager – Remediation (South West London)

About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support remediation works on large residential blocks in South West London. The role involves coordinating internal and external replacement and remediation activities to meet the Building Safety Act requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Report to the on‑site Site Manager and ensure smooth daily construction operations.
- Manage site labour, sub‑contractors and the construction programme.
- Identify and mitigate potential programme delays.
- Liaise with the client, consultants and attend regular progress meetings.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Relevant construction qualifications and tickets (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid).
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
