Bathroom Fitter – Long‑term contract in Birmingham

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join a well‑established property maintenance contractor on a long‑term contract across Birmingham. You will work on a large housing refurbishment programme, delivering complete bathroom and wet‑room installations in occupied homes.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out full strip‑outs and installations of bathrooms and wet rooms.
• Fit baths, showers, sanitaryware, sinks, toilets and associated fittings.
• Complete wall finishes, including tiling and aqua‑board or panel systems.
• Perform plumbing works and prepare floors with latex screed and levelling compounds where required.
• Coordinate with other trades to keep installations on schedule.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and customer service while working in occupied properties.

Required profile

• Proven experience fitting bathrooms and wet rooms.
• Ability to work independently from strip‑out to completion.
• Experience working in occupied domestic properties.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Birmingham.
