Branch Manager – Estate Agency

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to take ownership of a successful estate agency branch in the Formby area. You will be responsible for leading the team, driving revenue and ensuring the branch meets its profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the branch.
• Manage, motivate and develop the team to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Drive business generation, valuations, instructions and overall branch profitability.
• Monitor figures, performance metrics and branch results.
• Build strong relationships within the local market and grow the company brand.
• Work closely with the business owners/directors to support growth and strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager in an estate agency.
• Strong track record in winning instructions and driving revenue.
• Excellent communication and people‑management skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and target‑driven.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

What we offer

• Basic salary of £40,000‑£50,000 with OTE £60,000‑£70,000.
