Building Surveyor – £50k-£70k + Bonus, Hybrid, Chartership Support

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) surveys, lifecycle planning and asset management reporting.
• Carry out building condition surveys and technical due diligence.
• Undertake building pathology investigations and defect diagnosis.
• Liaise with clients and other professionals across multidisciplinary projects.

Required profile

• Experience across building pathology, defect diagnosis and planned preventative maintenance.
• Chartered or working towards chartership.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Commutable distance to the London office and willingness to travel when required.
