Business Analyst – Remote (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis (10‑40 hrs/week). You will work with advanced Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tools to analyse processes, create high‑quality documentation, and support AI training data development.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise business processes using Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Create, format and organise business documents and presentations for AI training datasets.
• Collaborate remotely with the client’s team to evaluate and provide feedback on business content.
• Assess data sets and documents for accuracy, clarity and confidentiality compliance.
• Apply business‑strategy consulting skills to solve complex problems and deliver actionable insights.
• Review and validate business intelligence scenarios for AI training purposes.

Required profile

• Minimum experience in business‑related roles with a business education background.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Power‑user of Microsoft 365: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Slides.
• Expertise in business process analysis, content creation and data organisation.
