Business Development Manager – Bridging Finance

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our bridging finance portfolio. Working primarily from home with field visits, you will originate new lending opportunities across residential, commercial and auction finance and build lasting relationships with mortgage and specialist finance brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and originate bridging finance deals across residential, commercial, semi‑commercial and auction sectors.
• Develop and nurture a network of mortgage brokers and specialist finance intermediaries.
• Present the lender’s product suite through virtual calls, presentations and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Attend industry events and networking functions to raise the company’s profile.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven track record of originating bridging finance business.
• Established network of mortgage and specialist finance brokers.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a home‑based environment.
• Willingness to travel for in‑person meetings and events.

Required skills

• Knowledge of residential and commercial bridging finance products.
• Experience with mortgage broker channels.
