About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth within the global payments and fintech ecosystem across key European markets. The role focuses on identifying, engaging and closing strategic enterprise clients in sectors such as e‑commerce, travel, mobility, iGaming and SaaS, helping them adopt a unified payment infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure across European markets.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, industry events and referrals.
- Engage C‑level and senior stakeholders with consultative, solution‑based sales approaches.
- Develop deep expertise in target industries to tailor value propositions.
- Collaborate with Customer Account Managers and Solutions Engineers to design proposals and ensure smooth hand‑over to implementation.
- Maintain accurate CRM pipelines (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and provide reliable forecasting.
- Stay up‑to‑date on payments, fintech trends and regulatory developments.
Required profile
- Proven experience in enterprise business development or complex B2B sales environments.
- Strong track record of closing large enterprise deals with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of payment technologies, financial services ecosystems and relevant regulations.
- Experience in startup or scale‑up environments, capable of building pipeline independently.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
