About the role
We are partnering with a fast‑growing research and data collection agency that is looking for a Business Development Manager to expand its commercial footprint. The role is hybrid, based in London or Bristol, and focuses on generating new revenue streams across agencies, consultancies, and brands.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the market‑research sector.
- Build and nurture client relationships through outreach, meetings, and networking events.
- Support proposal creation and help shape research solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within market research.
- Understanding of online quantitative research and sample sales.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Commercial mindset with experience managing pipelines and meeting targets.
Required skills
- Knowledge of online quantitative research methodologies.
- Familiarity with sample procurement processes.
