About the role
We are seeking a visionary, commercially driven, and strategically minded Business Director to join Engage UK, the sports‑marketing arm of Brave Bison.
Key responsibilities
- Craft dynamic digital solutions for clients across consultancy, capability and execution.
- Navigate new platforms, behaviours, audiences and technologies to simplify complexity for clients.
- Drive commercial growth for sports‑marketing brands such as ICC, Real Madrid, Godolphin, New Zealand Rugby and Formula 1.
Required profile
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Visionary mindset with a passion for digital and sports marketing.
- Ability to work within a diverse, specialist‑focused organisation.
