Chartered Financial Planner – London (On-site) – Up to £75,000

About the role

We are a fully Chartered Independent Financial Advisory firm seeking an experienced Chartered Financial Planner to join our London team. This role provides a platform to deliver high‑quality, holistic advice to private individuals, families and business owners while working within a supportive, ethical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of private clients, including those transitioning from other advisers.
• Deliver independent financial planning advice across pensions, investments, retirement and tax strategies.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients and their families.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking and firm‑generated leads.
• Maintain the highest standards of compliance, ethics and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal paraplanning and support teams to ensure excellent client outcomes.
• Support junior advisers or paraplanners through mentoring where appropriate.

Required profile

• Chartered Financial Planner status (essential).
• Previous experience in a Financial Adviser or Financial Planning role.
• Strong technical knowledge across holistic financial planning areas.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Professional, ethical and client‑first approach.
• Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships.
• Experience working with high‑quality private clients.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
