Chief Operating Officer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and dynamic Chief Operating Officer to join the executive leadership team of a fast‑growing organisation. Working hand‑in‑hand with the CEO, you will translate business strategy into operational excellence, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies by optimising processes, systems and procedures.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across the business to maximise productivity.
• Contribute to the development and rollout of future operational services.
• Lead the execution of key operational and strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives.
• Implement structured project governance, reporting and accountability frameworks.
• Develop joint operational plans aligned with market expansion and product adoption, proactively resolving issues and identifying growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Tech teams to align initiatives with wider business goals.
• Lead, mentor and develop high‑performing teams, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.

Required profile

• Proven track record of high‑level operational leadership and executive oversight.
• Experience scaling operational departments and mentoring high‑growth teams.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial B2B dynamics and channel management.
• Strong focus on process efficiency, continuous improvement and data‑driven strategy.
• Comfortable leading through rapid scaling, ambiguity and fast‑moving corporate environments.
