Civils Groundworker – Full‑time On‑site Role

About the role

B. LINE PLANT LIMITED is seeking a motivated Civils Groundworker for a full‑time, on‑site position in the Midlands. You will join a collaborative team delivering high‑quality groundworks and landscaping projects for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Operate plant and hand‑held equipment safely on site.
• Carry out excavation, backfilling and drainage system installation.
• Perform landscaping tasks and manage tree work on project sites.
• Maintain site safety standards and adhere to health & safety regulations.
• Work closely with other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met.

Required profile

• Valid CSCS Card and knowledge of UK construction safety standards.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in construction or civil engineering is advantageous.
