Content & Communications Coordinator, EMEA

About the role

The Content & Communications Coordinator will support UFC’s content and communications strategy across the EMEA region. You will work closely with broadcast partners, manage media enquiries, and assist the PR team during live events.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute content to UFC media partners across EMEA.
• Manage enquiries from media partners on live and non‑live content.
• Maintain daily contact with existing media partners to ensure accurate and timely posting of UFC content.
• Collect and analyse media platform data and produce exposure/value reports.
• Create pitch documents to support media rights processes.
• Draft and distribute press releases, build and maintain media lists, and pitch stories to journalists.
• Track media coverage using monitoring tools and compile regular reports.
• Provide on‑site PR support at events, including logistics and athlete briefings.
• Support end‑to‑end campaign delivery, from project briefs to asset tracking.

Required profile

• Experience in content distribution and media partner management.
• Ability to collect, analyse and report on media data.
• Strong written communication skills for drafting press releases and pitch documents.
• Comfort working on live events and providing on‑site PR support.
• Familiarity with the EMEA media landscape.
