Corporate Tax Manager & Partnership Tax Specialist – London

About the role

Join Lubbock Fine’s 35‑person tax team in London as a senior tax professional. You will work on complex corporate, partnership and VAT matters for a diverse portfolio of corporate and private clients, with a clear path towards partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical compliance and high‑level advisory on corporate reorganisations, international structuring, transactions and disposals.
• Provide partnership taxation advice, due‑diligence support and owner‑managed business advisory.
• Advise on VAT issues and cross‑border tax matters.
• Build and maintain direct relationships with partners and senior client decision‑makers.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership within the team.

Required profile

• Qualified tax professional with several years of experience in corporate, partnership or VAT tax.
• Proven ability to handle complex client work with autonomy.
• Ambition to progress to partnership and take ownership of client relationships.
