About the role
Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in the Fashion, Home & Beauty department in Brighton. You will be the front‑line representative, offering style advice and delivering five‑star service to shoppers in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalised fashion, home and beauty recommendations to customers.
- Utilise digital tools such as the Sparks App and in‑store devices to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain high visual and service standards while working efficiently during busy periods.
- Adapt to a rotating weekly schedule, covering shifts on Sundays, weekdays and weekends as required.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and energetic store atmosphere.
Required profile
- Passionate about fashion and trends with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Resilient, confident and able to work under pressure.
- Flexible and willing to adjust to changing shift patterns.
- Team‑player who contributes to a supportive store environment.
Required skills
