About the role
Join Santander’s Retail Banking team in Epsom as a Customer Experience Consultant. Working 24.5 hours per week on a rotating schedule, you will be the friendly face and voice of the branch, helping customers with everyday banking needs and delivering a high‑quality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in‑branch and over the phone.
- Assist with cash transactions, account queries, and product enquiries.
- Provide guidance on using banking technology and protect customers from fraud.
- Answer inbound calls to the contact centre and resolve issues promptly.
- Build relationships, identify solutions, and suggest improvements to the customer journey.
Required profile
- Flexible and comfortable working a varied rota (Monday‑Saturday, 8 am‑6 pm).
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑skilled environment.
