About the role
Join Santander Consumer Finance (SCUK) as a Customer Experience Executive on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and complaints across phone, email, live chat and post, while ensuring compliance with GDPR and the Data Protection Act.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer communications via telephone, email, live chat and letters.
- Document interactions accurately and update customer records in line with GDPR requirements.
- Investigate and resolve complaints, liaising with internal departments and external parties to reach fair outcomes.
- Handle credit file queries and Data Subject Access Requests within regulatory timeframes.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, policies, legislation and technology.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet service level agreements and company policies.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
