Customer Relations Executive – South London

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Relations Executive to join a leading residential developer in South London. The role will guide home purchasers from reservation through legal completion and handover, ensuring a seamless and professional experience at every touch‑point.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full customer journey from reservation to legal completion and handover.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for purchasers, building strong relationships.
• Liaise with customers, solicitors, agents and internal teams to ensure smooth sales progression.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communications using the CRM system.
• Coordinate customer options and selections throughout the build process.
• Prepare and distribute formal communications such as build updates, newsletters and pre‑completion letters.
• Organise customer events, appointments and home demonstrations.
• Respond promptly to enquiries, delivering a high level of service.
• Support sales, customer care and development teams to enhance the overall experience.
• Assist with the presentation and upkeep of marketing suites and show homes.
• Monitor feedback and identify opportunities for journey improvement.
