Customer Service Advisor

About the role

Our Customer Service Assistants live our customer promise – Delivered Exactly – by delighting our customers each time. In this full‑time position you will provide proactive, timely support to a diverse range of demanding customers, working closely with operational and account‑management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and handle all inbound, internal and external customer queries and manage them to resolution for specific accounts.
• Action all queries in line with required processes and service level agreements.
• Work as part of a team to ensure great customer service delivery every time.
• Engage proactively with service centres to ensure customer requirements are received and actioned.
• Identify and act on escalation issues and support customer accounts as needed.
