Customer Service Agent (Part‑Time) – Stansted Airport

About the role

Swissport is seeking a part‑time Customer Service Agent to join its team at Stansted Airport. You will be the first point of contact for passengers, helping them navigate check‑in, baggage handling and boarding while ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their journey.
• Assist with check‑in procedures, luggage handling and boarding processes.
• Answer passenger inquiries about flight schedules, baggage policies and related information.
• Ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations, including security and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to maintain efficient operations.
• Resolve passenger concerns and complaints promptly and empathetically.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation and reporting.
• Follow environmental processes and QHSE manual requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while remaining composed under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Attention to detail when handling passenger information and documentation.
