About the role
As a Customer Service Assistant you will ensure a smooth and friendly experience for every shopper, from easy parking and trolley access to helpful assistance on the shop floor, accurate stock placement and timely deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide assistance throughout their visit.
- Maintain tidy parking areas and ensure trolleys are readily available.
- Keep stock organized and ensure shelves are correctly stocked.
- Process payments with a positive attitude.
- Support timely deliveries and stock replenishment.
Required profile
- Experience in a similar customer‑facing role.
- Commitment to delivering high‑level customer service.
- Willingness to submit an up‑to‑date CV with the application.
Required skills
What we offer
- Hourly pay ranging from £8.82 to £12.71 depending on age.
- Up to £300 per month gain‑share bonus.
