About the role
Join Klira’s fast‑growing team as a Customer Service & Growth Associate. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate a fully bespoke skincare experience while gaining insight to improve our processes.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and live chat promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate communication between the dermatology team and patients.
- Maintain client relations with care and empathy.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure timely order delivery.
- Escalate issues when necessary and support cross‑departmental projects.
- Assist the Founder with a variety of administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Fluent English; additional language a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Bright, resourceful and a creative problem‑solver.
- Interest in health‑tech and passion for skincare.
- Organised with strong time‑management and administrative abilities.
Required skills
- Experience with Zendesk (preferred).
- Experience with Klaviyo (preferred).
