Demolition Supervisor – Liverpool Bay Decommissioning

About the role

Saipem is seeking a Demolition Supervisor to lead on‑site demolition activities for the Liverpool Bay decommissioning and carbon capture project. You will ensure that all work is carried out safely, efficiently and in full compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise demolition work according to approved methods, risk assessments and safety procedures.
• Guarantee safe demolition procedures and enforce RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statement) implementation.
• Apply Saipem’s standards with customers, suppliers and subcontractors, considering the level of risk involved.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Saipem’s global organization, services and assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar demolition or construction supervisory role within the UK.
• Technical background in mechanical or civil engineering.
• Full, permanent right‑to‑work status in the UK (no sponsorship available).
