Digital Marketing Executive – London (Hybrid)

About the role

Ashdown Group, a leading executive education consultancy, is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join its London office. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will gain hands‑on experience across campaigns, content creation, social media, lead generation, website management and marketing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive leads and brand awareness.
• Create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Produce visual assets using Canva and edit short‑form videos with CapCut or similar tools.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to accelerate content creation and productivity.
• Maintain and update the company website via WordPress and support SEO optimisation.
• Manage email marketing programmes using Mailchimp and track performance with Google Analytics.
• Assist with marketing operations, events, webinars and paid social advertising.

Required profile

• Degree, apprenticeship or relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Practical experience creating social‑media content through university projects, freelance work or previous employment.
• Strong copywriting and written communication skills.
