Director, Product Management – Commercialization Lead (UK&I)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the commercialization of Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) services across the UK and Ireland. This senior position will bridge product development and sales, shaping go‑to‑market strategies for platforms such as Marketing Services, Rewards, Offers, and Personalisation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth of the CA&E business across Europe and the UK&I by aligning sales strategies with market needs.
• Craft tailored product narratives for diverse customer segments.
• Support key client JVIs and RFP processes.
• Develop scalable 1:M go‑to‑market strategies to broaden product reach.
• Partner with Product Management and Sales to design effective sales plays.
• Create innovative GTM frameworks, including Cash Conversion, Pay‑for‑Performance, and Conversion Assurance models.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to embed customer requirements into solutions.
• Work with Marketing to produce compelling enablement materials.
• Analyse competitor offerings and market trends to position Mastercard’s solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a sales or client‑services leader with a track record of driving growth.
• Strong business acumen and ability to deliver innovative, customer‑centric solutions.
• Extensive experience launching and commercialising complex product portfolios.
