About the role
The Supply Register is recruiting on behalf of MEA Central for a passionate Drama Teacher. You will deliver creative lessons that build confidence, communication and a love of performance among secondary‑school students.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high‑quality Drama lessons across Key Stages.
- Inspire students to develop performance and creative skills.
- Assess, monitor and support student progress.
- Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Contribute to productions, performances and enrichment activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support student achievement.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for performing arts and student development.
- Commitment to raising standards and achieving positive outcomes for all learners.
