About the role
Vision for Education is seeking newly qualified teachers for primary schools across Greater Manchester. The role offers day‑to‑day, short‑term and long‑term placements starting September 2026 (or earlier). You will work in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 classrooms, gaining hands‑on experience of the Primary National Curriculum.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons for Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a supportive learning environment.
- Assess pupil progress and provide feedback in line with school policies.
- Collaborate with senior teachers, teaching assistants and school leaders.
- Adapt resources to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS upon completion of PGCE/Primary Education degree.
- Passion for teaching children in EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
- Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
- Strong communication and classroom leadership skills.
- Positive, flexible and reliable attitude.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required; focus is on teaching competencies.

- Salary ranging from £2,600 to £3,000 per month, dependent on experience.
