Early Career Teacher – Launch Your Teaching Career

About the role
We are partnering with primary schools in Manchester to place newly qualified teachers in early‑career positions starting September 2026. The role offers full classroom responsibility across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 and provides a supportive environment to develop your teaching practice.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create an inclusive, positive learning environment for pupils.
- Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Contribute to whole‑school initiatives and professional development.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) obtained or to be obtained before September 2026.
- Passionate about primary education and eager to support children’s development.
- Strong curriculum knowledge from recent teaching placements.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Required skills
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum for EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
