Electrician / Service Engineer – Full Industry Training

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Electrician or Service Engineer to join a nationally recognised specialist in domestic ventilation systems. The position is field‑based across the West Midlands, offering full industry training, a generous bonus scheme and a balanced work‑life environment with no call‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Install and service domestic ventilation systems in private and social housing.
• Perform routine maintenance and fault diagnosis on ventilation equipment.
• Travel across a regional patch, covering Birmingham and surrounding areas.
• Participate in structured training programmes to develop specialist engineering skills.
• Optionally take on premium overtime assignments.

Required profile

• Experience in domestic electrical work, installation or maintenance.
• Electrically‑biased background with a strong interest in ventilation systems.
• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points).
• Motivation to undertake specialist training and progress within the sector.
