Equity Research Real Estate Associate / Vice President

About the role

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Equity Research professional to join its EMEA Real Estate team in London. You will work alongside senior analysts, producing in‑depth research, thematic deep‑dives and strategic reviews for institutional investors.

Key responsibilities

• Write and contribute to equity research reports, including thematic deep‑dives, strategic reviews and results analysis.
• Communicate findings to institutional investors, company representatives and internal stakeholders such as Sales, Sector Specialists and Trading.
• Create, maintain and update financial models and databases for covered companies.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to deliver high‑impact research and stay abreast of sector developments.

Required profile

• Experience in research, investment banking, ECM or M&A, preferably within the Real Estate sector.
• Strong analytical, accounting and quantitative abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proactive attitude toward learning and professional development.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Data analysis and coding capabilities.
• Financial modelling expertise.
