Estimator – Commercial Interiors

About the role

We are looking for an Estimator to join a leading international design company specialising in commercial interiors. The role is based in our modern London office and offers comprehensive training on specialist acoustic products and our proprietary estimating process.

Key responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications and project documentation to determine required acoustic products.
• Calculate quantities, prepare estimates, proposals and quotations.
• Identify missing or unclear information and resolve queries with internal teams.
• Update quotations as drawings, quantities or requirements change.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project and quotation records.
• Collaborate closely with sales and other internal departments to keep projects progressing.

Required profile

• Experience working as an Estimator, Assistant Estimator, Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, Sales Support or Commercial Administrator.
• Familiarity with reviewing drawings, specifications and handling commercial information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a busy, collaborative environment.
