Events & Marketing Officer – Member Events Programme

About the role

The Events & Marketing Officer will support the Head of Events in delivering a high‑profile programme of member events for a prestigious association of warrant‑holding companies. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help plan, execute and evaluate a diverse range of business, social and sporting events.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the strategic planning, delivery and evaluation of up to 40 events per year, including seminars, luncheons, receptions, golf tournaments and the Royal Windsor Horse Show.
• Take ownership of assigned events, managing timelines, budgets and risk assessments to ensure safe and successful delivery.
• Prepare invitations, manage guest lists, liaise with venues and suppliers, and coordinate on‑site logistics.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, forecasting and variance reporting for the events portfolio.
• Provide guidance to the Warrants and Administrative Assistant on event‑related tasks.
• Collaborate with the Director of Warrants & Communications and the Development Manager on member communications and new initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and planning abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive attitude, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in event coordination or a related field is desirable.
