Export Operator – Airfreight (12pm‑9pm)

About the role
The Export Operator will join a well‑established freight forwarder at Heathrow, handling time‑critical AOG (aircraft on ground) shipments. Working Monday‑Friday from 12 pm to 9 pm, the role focuses on coordinating airfreight exports and ensuring smooth communication with airlines, handling agents and transport partners.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate AOG airfreight shipments from origin to destination.
- Respond to client emails, manage collections and deliveries efficiently.
- Prepare and complete Master Air Waybills (MAWB) and House Air Waybills (HAWB).
- Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to key accounts.
- Process customs entries and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
- Liaise with airlines, handling agents and transporters to resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Proven experience in air export operations.
- Strong customer‑service orientation, capable of handling high‑value key accounts.
- Availability to work the fixed shift of 12 pm‑9 pm, Monday‑Friday.
