Facilities & General Maintenance Team Member

About the role

Join Bruntwood’s facilities team at the Circle Square development, providing day‑to‑day maintenance and caretaker services across a portfolio of commercial buildings. You will work Monday to Friday, primarily 07:00‑16:00, ensuring the environment remains safe, clean and welcoming for clients and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of presentation in entrances, grounds, common areas, showers, lifts, toilets and corridors.
• Open and lock buildings as required and support meeting‑room preparation.
• Conduct vacant suite checks and keep suites in excellent condition.
• Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks such as fire testing, water‑temperature checks and emergency‑lighting inspections.
• Carry out regular building inspections, monitor job progress and address health‑and‑safety concerns.

Required profile

• Positive, ‘can‑do’ attitude with flexibility to adapt to varied daily tasks.
• Team‑player who enjoys collaborative work in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn on the job; prior maintenance experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
