Finance Analyst – FP&A in Global Insurance

About the role
We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join the FP&A team of a global insurance business. This position offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced international environment, supporting financial planning, reporting and business partnering activities.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and maintain recurring management information and financial reporting.
- Analyse financial performance, delivering variance analysis and actionable insights.
- Consolidate and validate financial data from international business units.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations and commentary for senior stakeholders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic finance initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with finance teams and stakeholders across the organisation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in FP&A, finance or consulting within the insurance industry, preferably the Lloyd’s market.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
