FP&A Analyst – Hybrid, London

About the role

We are looking for a skilled FP&A Analyst to join our rapidly expanding Managed Services Provider in London. The role sits within the finance function and works closely with both finance and operational teams to turn data into actionable insights that drive commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with financial planning cycles, including budget setting and periodic forecasting.
• Analyse performance against expectations, highlighting key trends and focus areas.
• Create and refine financial models to support business initiatives and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret business performance metrics.
• Produce regular financial updates and commentary for senior management.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and support revenue optimisation.
• Contribute to business‑critical projects and provide analytical support as needed.
• Leverage systems and tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Required profile

• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Experience in a commercial finance setting, preferably fast‑paced or investor‑backed.
• Strong capability in handling and interpreting large financial datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience building models.
• Comfortable presenting financial insights to non‑finance colleagues.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
