About the role

Sphere Digital Recruitment is building a talent pool of UK‑based paid search freelancers. Join us to work on a variety of paid search projects for multiple clients, ranging from account executive level up to head of paid search.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Conduct keyword research, bid management and audience targeting.
• Produce performance reports and analyse campaign data.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to clients.
• Meet project deadlines and juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Required profile

• Strong agency experience in paid search.
• Proven track record of driving conversions and meeting KPIs.
• Excellent analytical, communication and client‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
