Freelance Personal Trainer – Earn 100% of Income

About the role

Everlast Gyms is seeking freelance Personal Trainers to help members achieve their fitness goals. You will design bespoke exercise programmes, sell your services, and deliver a variety of group classes, events and workshops within a fast‑paced, inspiring environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalised fitness and exercise programmes for members.
• Promote and sell personal training services to build a client base.
• Lead group training classes, events and workshops to increase member engagement.
• Maintain required public liability insurance and stay current with CPD through CIMSPA.
• Collaborate with the Head Coach for mentorship and business development.

Required profile

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
• CIMSPA Practitioner membership certificate.
• Public Liability Insurance with at least £2 million cover.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Fitness programme design.
• Group fitness instruction.
• Client relationship building.
