French & Italian Speaking Customer Service Executive

About the role

Join a global luxury brand exporter as a French & Italian Speaking Customer Service Executive. Based in South West London, you will provide B2B support to clients, agents and distributors across French‑ and Italian‑speaking markets, ensuring high‑quality service and smooth export operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to enquiries and deliver effective solutions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and within agreed timeframes.
• Liaise with courier and freight companies regarding shipments and deliveries.
• Monitor export activities and maintain service standards in assigned territories.
• Support the Export Sales Team in additional markets when required.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, agents and distributors.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written French and Italian (both essential).
• Previous experience in customer service, administration or a similar support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Proactive attitude and capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
