About the role
We are looking for a warm, welcoming Front Office Attendant to be the first point of contact for guests at Treehouse Manchester. You will ensure every arrival, departure and stay is personable, relaxing and effortless, reflecting the brand’s playful and nature‑focused ethos.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a smooth check‑in experience.
- Handle check‑out procedures and resolve any guest inquiries or issues.
- Maintain accurate guest records and manage reservations using the hotel’s front‑office system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, food & beverage and other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold the hotel’s standards of cleanliness, safety and brand presentation.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in hotel or customer‑service roles.
- Detail‑oriented, multi‑tasker and able to work well under pressure.
- Flexible, approachable with a can‑do attitude.
- Team player who enjoys interacting with guests and supporting colleagues.
