Fundraising Executive – Graduate (12‑month contract)

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term position is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about the charity sector. You will join Springboard, a well‑established UK charity, and receive hands‑on training from experienced fundraisers while contributing to real projects from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential funding opportunities aligned with regional or national priorities.
• Assist in constructing bids for local, regional and national trusts and foundations, under guidance of the bid‑writing team.
• Prepare first‑draft programme budgets and maintain accurate records of fundraising activity in Salesforce.
• Manage relationships with a core group of funding accounts, ensuring timely delivery of reports and applications.
• Support evaluation processes, impact reporting and liaison with delivery teams.
• Participate in internal and external stakeholder meetings related to funding, budgeting and operations.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a genuine interest in the charity and non‑profit sector.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior fundraisers and delivery teams.

• Salesforce (CRM database management)
