Global Head of PR, UK & EMEA

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned communications leader to own and execute PR strategy across the UK and EMEA. Reporting to global leadership, you will combine strategic counsel with hands‑on media work while guiding a team of 5‑10 PR professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on external positioning, messaging and reputation management.
• Translate global communication goals into localized PR programmes that drive brand awareness and support business growth.
• Maintain deep knowledge of regional market dynamics, competitive landscape and cultural nuances.
• Draft press materials, pitch stories and engage directly with journalists.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of PR leads across multiple markets.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with business, trade and national media.
• Provide media training and coaching for senior executives.
• Partner with content and insights teams to create thought‑leadership campaigns and multi‑format content.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading PR functions at a senior level, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align communications to business objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
• Deep understanding of UK and EMEA media landscapes.
