Global Transformation PMO – Interim (12 months)

About the role

Manpower is seeking an interim Global Transformation PMO to support a major worldwide transformation programme for a leading FMCG client. The role is based in Blackfriars, London and runs for 12 months, offering a hybrid mix of remote and onsite work.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end governance of the global transformation programme, preparing agendas, pre‑reads, action logs and follow‑ups for leadership meetings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date programme data, develop dashboards and standard reports for senior stakeholders.
• Build and sustain the integrated programme plan, monitor milestones, critical paths and change requests.
• Track risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Promote consistent processes, identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement across teams.

Required profile

• Proven PMO or programme management experience on large or complex projects.
• Strong organisational, planning and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, bring structure and keep teams aligned.
• Experience in consumer goods, R&D or portfolio transformation is a plus.

What we offer

• Competitive salary up to £52,500 per annum pro rata.
• Hybrid working arrangement (remote and onsite).
• 12‑month fixed‑term contract, 36.25 hours per week.
