About the role

Spencer Ogden is seeking ambitious graduates to join its recruitment team in Glasgow. This is a sales‑focused position where you will help place specialist talent on sustainability, renewable energy and infrastructure projects while building a high‑earning career in recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Business Development – build relationships with clients and win new business opportunities.
• Candidate Sourcing – identify and engage top talent for live vacancies.
• Negotiation – manage offers, rates and commercial discussions.
• Relationship Management – develop long‑term partnerships with clients and candidates.
• Target Achievement – meet daily, weekly and quarterly KPIs.

Required profile

• 2025 or 2026 graduate or recent graduate with experience in corporate, sales, customer‑facing or leadership roles.
• Ambitious, career‑driven and motivated by success.
• Confident communicator with strong resilience and proactivity.
• Enthusiastic about fast progression, uncapped earnings and a high‑energy team environment.
