Graphic & Multimedia Designer

About the role

Aim Agency is looking for a versatile Graphic & Multimedia Designer to join its London office. You will create compelling visual content for both print and digital channels, supporting the agency’s PR campaigns for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital and print assets, social media graphics, infographics, and event materials.
• Conceptualise, shoot, and edit video content for platforms such as Reels, TikTok and Stories.
• Develop and refine brand identities and guidelines for the agency and its clients.
• Produce pitch decks using Canva, GAMMA and Figma.
• Manage website content, optimise for SEO and customise WordPress plugins.
• Create AI‑generated images and videos, and produce high‑quality photography.
• Generate social‑media ideas aligned with current trends and edit short‑form videos.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure design solutions meet project goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Photography or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design, photography, social‑media campaigns and videography.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple industries.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment and maintain positive client relationships.
