About the role
The Group Commercial Director will lead the overall commercial strategy for a fast‑paced business, overseeing sales, revenue growth and marketing. This senior leadership position is responsible for driving performance, identifying new opportunities and shaping long‑term strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute commercial strategy across sales, revenue and marketing.
- Lead high‑performing sales and marketing teams to achieve growth targets.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships and revenue streams.
- Oversee marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Analyse commercial performance data to support decision‑making.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and partners.
- Foster a high‑performance culture focused on collaboration and results.
Required profile
- Proven senior commercial leadership experience.
- Background in consumer‑facing sectors such as lifestyle, subscription, F&B, retail, hospitality or fitness.
- Track record of delivering measurable business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially astute, strategic and results‑driven.
- Experience in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments.
