Group Finance Manager – Global Consolidation & Reporting

About the role

Halliday Marx is partnering with an international technology business to recruit a Group Finance Manager. You will lead the consolidation and reporting function across multiple legal entities worldwide, ensuring accurate financial statements and timely close processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee group consolidation and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for all legal entities.
• Manage the group audit programme and coordinate local statutory audits.
• Lead a global team of finance professionals responsible for statutory accounting and compliance.
• Work with external tax consultants, authorities and auditors.
• Develop and implement global accounting policies to unify standards across entities.
• Drive process simplification and system‑based optimisation to shorten the monthly close.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis and support budgeting processes.
• Handle IFRS16 lease accounting, transfer‑pricing calculations and payroll posting for all entities.
• Support business initiatives such as billing and collection improvements.

Required profile

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing finance staff within a similar industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple legal entities and complex reporting structures.

What we offer

• Salary £80,000‑£85,000 per year plus bonus.
• Hybrid working model – 2 days in a central London office.
